We currently have no "admin" access over all Mailboxes but I tried a lot of things with local machines (regedit, etc.Summary: Learn how to use the WSUS Update Scope with Windows PowerShell to get update status information for client computers. Now is this a general Exchange/Outlook issue or does the IT company (that we trusted in the past but has gotten worse) have no clue and there is a "simple" Admin option to set? If I search for a term in 'All Mailboxes' where I know there are some mails from today in the office-Mailbox, I only get results directly from my thomas-Mailbox where the last result of the term is from some weeks ago. We use all different versions of MS Outlook and it's not working for any of us (2013, 2016 and Office365) Other coworkers have their own -Mailbox and also access to office and customerservice. To List some Mailboxes: / / / on my thomas-Mailbox I got access to office and customerservice (shared mailboxes afaik?) So we have multiple "Exchange" Mailboxes (Office 365 Business Essentials?) but provided by an IT company.
